Reel 1 – In the practice fighting between Wong and Tommy, the chainstick sequence was removed. in the fight outside the club when men attack Shosan and Tommy, neck chop and repeated blows to man’s face by Tommy were removed.
Reel 2 – in the fight at the start of the reel, neck chop and repeated blows to man’s chest and stomach were removed. The fight in the timber factory was generally reduced, in particular blows with metal pipe and shot of man getting neck bashed as hestands with his back to the timber were removed. In sequence in which Chien teaches his man karate, groin kick was removed.
Reel 3 – In the sequence in which a girl is nearly trapped, Cus of girl’s agonised face after man lifts her skirt and lunges at her were removed. Also removed were Cus of knife cutting away hertights and CU of knife stuck in the wood between her legs. Kicks to face of hero in red singlet and sight of him kicked and stomped when on the ground were also removed. In the sequence where Wong practices karate on a dummy, rearattack on dummy’s testicles was removed.
Reel 4 – In the long fight between Wong and Chien’s three killers, two neck chops and stomping on man’s stomach by men in group before the three killers join in were removed. in subsequent fight, neck break by Won’s ankles (first killer), finger in neck (second killer) and finger in testicles (third killer) were removed. As the cars race away and Tommy fights a man, shot of him smashing the man’s head against a rock and kneeing him in the stomach were removed. Also removed were scenes of several men punching and stomping Tommy on the ground after he has been dragged along the ground.
Reel 5 – in the fight between Tommy and Chien, shot of Chien holding Tommy’s leg and breaking his neck were removed. In fight between Wong and Chien, contact blows were reduced and CUs of fingers into heart and neck were removed.
Total of 7 minutes longer.
